At Mitrahé, we stand behind the quality of our premium home and lifestyle products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. The return must be initiated within this period to be eligible.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Item is in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- You have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened (where applicable).
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Our team will confirm your eligibility and send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or suitable packaging) and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refund method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund timeline: You will receive your refund within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping: The cost of original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping where applicable.
